Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered under USIE's warranty:

Water damage to battery, motor, or controller

Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

Punctures or damage caused by sharp objects
Shipping Damage Claims
Inspect your USIE scooter upon delivery. All shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt. To submit a claim:

Note visible damage on the delivery receipt

Photograph the damaged parts and packaging, including date stamps if possible

Retain all packaging and documents during the claims process

Warranty Service Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please:

Invalid Warranty Conditions
