USIE provides reliable after-sale support and warranty coverage for all electric scooters. Please refer to the details below for the specific warranty period by component. Our aim is to make your ownership experience simple and stress-free.

Warranty Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered under USIE's warranty:

  • Water damage to battery, motor, or controller

  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

  • Punctures or damage caused by sharp objects

Shipping Damage Claims

Inspect your USIE scooter upon delivery. All shipping damage must be reported within 14 days of receipt. To submit a claim:

  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt

  • Photograph the damaged parts and packaging, including date stamps if possible

  • Retain all packaging and documents during the claims process

  • Email your claim to: usieservice@gmail.com

Warranty Service Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please:

  • Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice)

  • Describe the issue clearly, including any troubleshooting steps taken

  • Share photos or video showing the issue and the serial number (if available)

  • Ship the product using the original or approved packaging if a return is required

Invalid Warranty Conditions

Warranty will be voided if:

  • The product is outside the warranty period

  • The product was received as a gift or obtained free of charge

  • The product was used or stored improperly (e.g., falls, water exposure, overheating)

  • Non-original software, incompatible accessories, or modifications were applied

  • The product was lost, stolen, or purchased from an unauthorized seller

  • No valid proof of purchase is available

Repair Requests

To request a repair, please email usieservice@gmail.com with the following:

  • Serial number of the product

  • Issue description

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

  • A copy of the purchase invoice (PDF preferred)
