Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to enjoy every ride. If you’re considering a return for a refund, please review the Return Policy below to ensure all conditions are met. If you believe your product has a defect, please refer to the Limited Warranty and follow the outlined procedures for warranty claims.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.
Email usieservice@gmail.com to request a return. Include a completed return form and a photo or video of the issue.
Returns sent without prior approval or as cash on delivery (COD) will be refused.
Return Address
All approved returns should be shipped to the address specified by our customer service. We arrange different products to different warehouses. For returns to the EU warehouse, please contact us to get the correct address.

Do not return items without our prior approval, and never send returns directly to the manufacturer or any address not specified in your approval email.
Return Process

Email us your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Once approved, return the item within 7 days and send us the tracking number and link.

Refund Policy
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping, taxes, and administrative fees may be deducted from your refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an unshipped order, contact us immediately.
A full refund will be issued within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and follow the same process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
USIE will cover return shipping for verified issues caused during shipping or manufacturing.
Used Items
Returns are not accepted for used products, unless there is a proven malfunction or damage.
Lost Shipments
If tracking shows no updates for 3+ days, we’ll follow up with the courier.
If the parcel does not arrive within 3 weeks of shipping, it will be considered lost, and a full refund will be issued.
If it arrives later, you may refuse delivery.
Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies only to purchases made on usiescooter.eu.
For orders from Amazon, AliExpress, Geekbuying, Geekmaxi, etc., please contact their customer service directly.

Products containing lithium-ion batteries must follow relevant shipping regulations.

Use a trackable shipping method or insurance — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Return Inspection & Restocking Fee
After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
If rejected, we’ll hold the product for 30 days. You must pay for shipping if you want it returned to you.
Non-Refundable Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
